Property ownership is determined by registered rights in Puerto Rico.
Puerto Rico law examines registered property ownership and registered property ownership rights. Personal property ownership rights are generally governed by the contracts that grant those rights.
The owner of the property is the person or persons registered in the Puerto Rico Property Register. If the person is married but the spouse is not registered as a joint owner, the registered owner is permitted to transfer, sell or give the property to anybody. When the spouse appears in the register as the common owner, it is presumed in Puerto Rico that it is a community property and may only be sold or transmitted with the approval of the registered owners.
A guardian should be appointed to manage the children's heritage.
If property (or part of it) is inherited by a minor or a non-legalistic child or others not considered to be an adult for legal purposes, and the individual is not under parental, grandparent or legally designated guardian's custody, the custodian must be appointed to manage the property. In the will to manage the property, a guardian may be appointed. In all circumstances, the sale of real estate in which a minor is involved must be authorized by the civil court in Puerto Rico and this Court must be convinced of the appropriateness of such a sale and must approve the exercise or disbursement of the proceeds from the minor's participation in this real estate.
Where to buy Moroccan property
The Kingdom of Marocco is a narrow land that covers North Africa's west coast. It has a wonderfully warm tropical climate and a Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean coastline. It has a long history and a rich culture with African, Spanish and French influences in Arab and Berber cultures. Its major cities are modern, lively and industrial, even though their names – Marrakesh, Tangier, Casablanca - still recall the romance, the mystery and the adventure of the numerous wartime spy novels and films. The capital and administrative center of the country is Rabat.
The southern half of the country comprises the disputed but controlled region of Western Sahara by Morocco. Very few live in this dry, unproductive area of agriculture that favors the northern part of the mountains.
Morocco under its present king is growing more modern and prosperous. New ports are being constructed, together with a modern motorway system. There is also a planned underwater tunnel connecting Spain and Morocco. Currently it's just a 35-minute ferry ride to Tangier from Tarifa, Spain's southernmost tip. The country has a convenient security system with the same emergency number for Morocco's police, fire and ambulance departments.
Morocco has a rich historical heritage. The old palaces, beautiful mosques, medieval fortifications and walls of the city are well preserved and frequented by tourists. There are also vintage residential neighborhoods designed for conservation.
Morocco has 16 prefecture and provincial regions.
